WanderBunnies is operated by Bryan Duerk. This document describes how users may report illegal content or violations of the Consumer Terms in shared trips and chat features, and how WanderBunnies may respond.
Most trip collaboration is limited to invited participants rather than disseminated to the general public. The Digital Services Act (DSA) provisions described below apply only to the extent that WanderBunnies and the relevant feature fall within their legal scope.
Send a report to support@wander-bunnies.com with the subject “Notice of Illegal Content” or “Terms Violation.” To help us locate and assess the material, include:
Copyright or other intellectual-property reports should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, the rights holder, and the reporter's authority to act.
We assess reports using the information available, the Consumer Terms, and applicable law. We may request more information and may preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for security, evidence, or legal compliance. Potential violations include:
Where required, we will acknowledge receipt and notify the reporter of our decision. If action is taken against a user's content or account, we will provide that user with the material facts and reasons for the decision unless notice is prohibited by law, would create a safety or security risk, or would compromise an investigation.
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
We consider the nature, severity, frequency, context, and likely consequences of the conduct and aim to use proportionate measures. We may also preserve or disclose information to authorities where legally required or necessary to address an imminent threat.
You may ask us to review a moderation decision by emailing support@wander-bunnies.com and identifying the decision, your account, and the reasons you believe it should be changed. Where DSA internal-complaint rights apply, an appeal may be submitted free of charge for at least six months after the decision and will not be decided solely through automated means.
Where applicable, you may also use a certified out-of-court dispute-settlement body, complain to the Digital Services Coordinator in your EU member state, or seek a judicial remedy. These options do not restrict other mandatory consumer or legal rights.
