Delete your WanderBunnies account

WanderBunnies is operated by Tristan Duerk. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, without reinstalling the app.

How to delete

• In the app or website: sign in and open Account → Delete Account. Deletion starts immediately.
• By email: write to support@wander-bunnies.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account before acting, and we complete email requests within one month (45 days for California and similar US state requests).
• To delete only your analytics and diagnostics data and keep your account, use Delete analytics data in Account → Privacy.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, preferences, trips you own, items you created, uploads and imports, connected Gmail or bank connections, push notification tokens, and analytics and diagnostics linked to you. Subscriptions are cancelled. Links between your account and usage or cost records are removed.

What is kept, and why

• Shared trip content another member still uses may remain for them, without your account.
• Billing records required by tax and accounting law (generally 7 years).
• A record of your privacy choices under a pseudonymous key for 3 years, so we can show what you agreed to.
• Usage and cost totals per feature and provider, no longer linked to you.
• AI quality records and app diagnostics identified only by a hash or pseudonym, which expire within 30 days.
